The Print Forward Initiative shapes the future of print and distribution

2025-09-03. DistriPress and the World Printers Forum are launching the Print Forward Initiative: Joining forces to strengthen and support the global print and distribution industry. In a time of increasing pressure and evolving market dynamics, this collaboration aims to spark fresh ideas, foster meaningful connections across the supply chain, and tackle shared challenges head-on.

Both WAN-IFRA communities – DistriPress and the World Printers Forum – will offer a growing range of resources: from webinars and events to topical discussions and beyond – to help our industry adapt, thrive, and shape the future of print. The Print Forward Initiative is for everyone in the industry, not just our members. Please feel free to share this with your network and invite them to join the conversation.

The first major activity in this initiative is a three-part webinar series this autumn, designed to give you new perspectives from up and down the supply chain. We will be looking at the bigger picture, our first set of webinars will feature the following topics:

  • Navigating Legislation: How Compliance Drives the Future of Print & Distribution (4th September)
  • The Big Squeeze: Challenges & Opportunities in a Cost-Centric Print & Distribution Industry (25th September)
  • Emerging Innovations in Print Distribution: Smarter, Greener, Personalised (6th November)
