North American Digital Media Awards 2020 winners announced

2020-05-15. Following weeks of submissions and evaluation, it all comes down to this: the winners of this year’s North American Digital Media Awards! All winners will automatically qualify for the WAN-IFRA’s 2020 World Digital Media Awards, in which all regional winners will participate.

Strong Nordic performance as WAN-IFRA European Digital Media Awards announced

2020-04-23. The winners of the WAN-IFRA European Digital Media Awards were announced on Thursday, 23 April – with 7 out of 9 coming from Denmark, Norway or Sweden. The Coronavirus crisis has made these projects more relevant than ever – not least in the category of Best Paid Content Strategy, as almost all publishers see a sharp rise in digital subscriptions. While Sweden’s Expressen won the judges’ vote, this was the first year we launched a Members’ Choice Awards. In a close battle of live-streamed presentations from the finalists, Gazeta Wyborcza won the popular vote.

18th Asian Media Awards: South China Morning Post makes clean sweep of Newspaper Infographics category

2019-05-08. South China Morning Post Publishers Ltd took home six awards at the 18th Asian Media Awards, half of them for the top three spots in the Newspaper Infographics category. The other wins were for Newspaper Overall Design (Gold award) and Newspaper Breaking News (Silver and Bronze).
