Regina Hing (Lay) is concurrently an Anchor and Business News Editor at One News, the cable news arm of Cignal, the Philippines’ leading cable channel. She co-hosts the channel’s flagship show with other editors, Storycon, which delves into everything from local issues to foreign affairs. Prior to that, Regina served as Anchor and Head of News for Bloomberg TV Philippines, running a team of more than two dozen and overseeing the daily editorial agenda for the network. She holds a Masters in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University, and was a 2024 Jefferson Fellow at the East West Center in Hawaii as well as a 2025 Senior Fellow (Honorary) at the South Asia Foresight Network, a policy and research program under The Millennium Project in Washington DC.
