Abhinandan Sekhri is the co-founder and CEO of Newslaundry, an ad-free, reader-supported news media platform that went online in 2012.

Newslaundry has won several awards for journalism and product, including the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism, RedInk, Laadli for Gender Sensitivity, The Media Foundation journalism awards, and the WAN-IFRA Best Innovative Digital Product award for its app.

Before Newslaundry, Abhinandan co-founded Small Screen, one of Delhi’s leading production houses. He is also the general secretary of DIGIPUB News India Foundation, the country’s largest digital news collective.

He worked at TV Today Network as a reporter for Newstrack and Aaj Tak from 1995 to 1999.
