He leads Deals practice for TMT including Media across CFIB, Due-diligence and strategy & operations. Having worked for clients across 35+ countries, Abhishek boasts a remarkable global and regional consulting background in strategy, market entry, CDD, M&A,EBITDA transformation, revenue monetization, digital content monetization and business development.
His leadership has encompassed large strategy and transformation programs focusing on growth, investor support, pricing, turnaround strategy, profitability improvement, post-merger integration. He has worked for clients across media value chain across 25+ countries including broadcasters, news publishers, OTT players, Sports broadcasters, digital players, content regulators, Private Equity players, VC fund, sports franchisees, sports leagues. Abhishek was partner in Roland Berger, EY and Deloitte.
