Álvaro Liuzzi is a digital media consultant, journalist, and lecturer specializing in media strategy and innovation. For more than two decades, he has worked with newsrooms and international organizations on projects related to digital product development, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies. He is the author of PeriodismoIA, a reference guide on artificial intelligence in the media, and editor of the newsletter Redacciones5G. Since 2023, he has led training processes, strategic consulting initiatives, and AI integration projects in media outlets such as Clarín, 0221, and Todo Jujuy, among others.

As a journalist and communicator, he regularly writes about the intersection of technology, innovation, and journalism, and has been invited to publish in Nieman Journalism Lab (Harvard University), MIT Open Documentary Lab, Deutsche Welle, and Oxford University Press, among other specialized international publications. He currently advises media organizations in Latin America and Europe on designing strategies to produce, distribute, and monetize information in an ecosystem shaped by artificial intelligence, integrating newsroom culture and experimentation to build more agile and sustainable newsrooms.
