Anand G is the Senior General Manager – Circulation at Mathrubhumi Printing & Publishing Co. Ltd. He leads the circulation operations of Mathrubhumi Daily, which has 14 editions across India and abroad, along with 9 magazines. In addition, he looks after the Group’s Legal Affairs and Social Initiatives, including major environmental programs that involve more than 7,000 schools across Kerala.

Anand began his journey with Mathrubhumi in 2005 as Head of Human Resources. In May 2025, he moved to the Circulation department to head this critical function. Over the years, he has played a key role in strengthening Mathrubhumi’s diverse businesses in print, FM radio, digital, and television.

Before joining Mathrubhumi, Anand worked with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as the head of its Andhra Pradesh and Kerala offices. He also gained valuable experience with United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Chennai, and E.I.D. Parry (India) Ltd., Chennai.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Institute Management Committee at the Government ITI, Kalpetta, under the World Bank’s Centre of Excellence scheme. He is also a member of the State Executive Committee of the Kerala HT & EHT Industrial Electricity Consumers’ Association and the Legal Committee of the News Broadcasters & Digital Association (NBDA), New Delhi. Earlier, he was part of the Local Area Environment Committee for Eloor & Edayar, appointed by the Supreme Court Monitoring Committee on Hazardous Waste Management.

With wide experience across HR, circulation, legal affairs, and social development, Anand continues to play an important role in strengthening Mathrubhumi’s leadership in media and community initiatives.
