Aya Uryu is the Co-Founder and COO of Nordot and is based in New York City. After spending 10+ years with a leading broadcast network, she made a transition to the publisher technology side, and within a few years, succeeded in launching Japanese pubtech start-up Nordot in the US and expanding it globally.

She’s an advocate of sustainable journalism, and is on a mission to help publishers increase their readership and earn more from their content. As a woman start-up leader from Japan, which is a rarity, she is responsible for partnering with with some of the largest firms in the digital publishing industry and delivering value.
