Carolina Sandoval, currently Chief Growth Officer for Havas Latin America, a role she has just assumed after having been an advertiser for more than 10 years with Haleon/GSK as Media Director US & Canada, previously for EMEA & LATAM and Mondelez as Communications Planning Lead Latam for Biscuits and Chocolates and Media Manager WACAM. In her current role at Havas, Carolina is in charge of positioning and growing the agency in the region and supporting the countries in the region in achieving these goals.
