Dr. Kiarie has over two decades of communications experience in academia and industry, with a robust background in corporate communication, interpersonal communication, public relations, and social media. Dr. Kiarie has trained and worked with organizations in Kenya, South Africa, and the USA, focusing on strategic communication, soft skills, and public speaking.

Dr. Kiarie holds a PhD in Communication, Media, and Cultural Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an MSc in Communications and Marketing from Franklin University, and B.A degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a member of Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK), Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK), East Africa Communication Association (EACA), South African Communication Association (SACOMM), and the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR).
