Cecilia Campbell is a Swedish media journalist with over 20 years experience reporting on the news publishing industry internationally. She is the co-founder and program editor for Innovate Local and has worked with WAN-IFRA for the past 25 years, including as the co-leader of its reader revenue executive programme as well as running international study tours and workshops. In 2018 she authored the report Engaged Readers Don’t Churn – Retention Lessons for Digital Subscriptions.

Since 2018, Campbell is also a Senior Strategy Advisor at Swedish tech company United Robots, based in Malmö, which has been pioneering AI generated editorial content since it was founded in 2016, currently delivering automated content to local publishers in Scandinavia, Europe and North America.
