Clara Ruipérez de Azcárate has a PhD in Law and an LL.M. from the Humboldt Universität in Berlin. She has published several works on copyright, creative industries and Artificial Intelligence.

After working in the IP & media departments of Garrigues and Baker & McKenzie, she has worked as a business and production lawyer in the audiovisual industry at Telefónica Studios, M+ and Netflix.

She is currently the Director of Content Legal Strategy and Digital Transformation at Telefónica SA and is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Movistar+.
