Dominika Michalak is the Head of Institutional Fundraising at OKO.press and previously worked as a grants professional for Krytyka Polityczna. A Project Manager with over 15 years of experience, including 8 years in the publishing industry as an editor-in-chief and commissioning editor, she facilitated the literary translation debuts of 18 young translators. Dominika is dedicated to advancing ethical and transparent fundraising and is also a professional doula, affiliated with the Doula in Poland Association.
