Fabrice Bakhouche is the CEO of Sipa-Ouest-France, a group that includes the daily newspaper Ouest-France, as well as four other regional dailies (Le Courrier de l’Ouest, Le Maine Libre, Presse Océan, and La Presse de la Manche), 95 weekly newspapers under Publihebdos, and major digital news platforms including Ouest-France.fr, Actu.fr, and 20Minutes.fr.

Bakhouche joined Sipa-Ouest-France in October 2024 to lead the group’s activities in collaboration with the management teams of its subsidiaries and is responsible for shaping strategic directions that safeguard both the economic and editorial independence of the organisation.
