Irene Lanzaco, Director General of the Asociación de Medios de Información, has extensive professional experience in all types of media (Internet, press, television and radio), where she has managed the most important corporate operations of the last two decades at the head of the main media groups in Spain. With a solid international vocation and experience, Irene Lanzaco’s professional experience also extends to the telecommunications, book, printing and catering industries. A graduate with honors from ICADE in the Business Law program, PDG from IESE, Woman In News from INSEAD, Women To Watch from PWC, Lanzaco is currently vice-president of News Media Europe, a pan-European entity that defends the interests of the media within the European Union. She is a board member of the Spanish Center for Reprographic Rights, of OJD and of Comess Group de Restauración and a member of the board of directors of AIMC. Mother of three.
