Irene Lanzaco is a senior manager in the Spanish media industry. She has worked for some of the main Spanish news media houses in top positions, both as an executive and Board member. Currently general manager of AMI, the Spanish media association.  She is an expert in corporate governance, M&A and new technologies, Lanzaco is also a member of the board of directors of News Media Europe. She is passionate about freedom and a big defender of the key role of news media in society. Lanzaco has also been named by PwC as a Women To Watch. She is a graduate in Law at ICADE, has a masters degree from IESE and is a Women in News at INSEAD. Mum of three adorable teens.
