James Hirsz is Product Lead for Print Automation at Atex, the publishing software company behind the editorial, print, and content management tools used by news publishers around the world. He leads product direction for Atex’s print and production platforms and spends much of his time working alongside newsrooms to modernise how they plan, produce, and publish. Right now his focus is on bringing AI and automation into editorial and print workflows, cutting out manual effort, speeding up production, and giving teams more room to concentrate on journalism. James works with publishers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania, helping them adopt technology that fits how they actually work.
