Jesper Søgaard co-founded Better Collective in 2004 and has been the driving force of the company ever since. As the CEO, he has been steering the Group, growing Better Collective from being a startup to a publicly traded company dual listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Copenhagen, with more than 1,800 employees spread across offices across the world.

An active business leader in his native Denmark, Jesper Søgaard has invested in a number of startup companies through his, and Better Collective co-founder Christian Kirk Rasmussen, venture capital fund, Dreamcraft Ventures.
Jesper Søgaard holds a M.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.
