Jonathan joined the SZ data science team in 2021 and is its current tech lead. A lapsed Bioinformatician, he received his PhD in Computer Science from LMU Munich in 2017 and worked on data science and analytics projects in various industries. With special interests in data engineering, machine learning techniques, and NLP applications like LLMs, he supports data-driven decision-making across the SZDM and connects people with the information they need and love.
