Kathleen Fleury Capetta has been in the publishing industry for nearly two decades. She started out working in book publishing at Random House in New York City. The next decade she spent transforming Maine’s Down East Magazine from a legacy magazine to a multi-platform brand. For the last three years she has served as Publisher of Compass Media in the Cayman Islands, where she oversees the country’s newspaper of record (www.caymancompass.com), four radio stations, a commercial printing operation, and several magazine titles.
