Lakshmi Sivadas is a Programme Manager for the JournalismAI project at the London School of Economics and Political Science. At JournalismAI she manages the international journalism collaboration, the JournalismAI Fellowship programme, that brings together journalists and technologists from news organisations worldwide. Together they use AI to enhance journalism, its systems, and processes.

She is a graduate of the Newmark J-School at the City University of New York. Previously, she was a reporter at NDTV and an assistant producer for CNBC-TV18 in India. Her other journalism-related interests include exploring citizen-centred news processes and covering environmental issues.
