Granja holds a degree in finance engineering and a MBA in financial studies from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He began his career as a Financial Manager at BASF, where he gained experience in corporate financial management in Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador. He later joined Telefónica Móviles Ecuador, holding positions such as Vice President of B2B and Digital Business and Vice President of Finance and Management Control (CFO). In 2020, he joined the media business at Ecuavisa.

With this solid track record, he has led the change in Ecuavisa’s business model, adapting to the new dynamics of information consumption without losing its journalistic essence.
