Mai Anh Thu is Editor, Media Development Center at Nhan Dan Newspaper.

A career journalist, Mai Anh Thu has served as a journalist, reporter, editor, and host at Nhan Dan TV until early 2025. During this time, she won the Second Prize at the 8th National External Information Service Awards in 2022. Subsequently, she has continued her work at Nhan Dan Newspaper up to the present. In this role, she directly produces and manages the “Ca phe Nhan Dan” column, making a strong impression with her in-depth, long-form article series. In 2025, she was honored to represent Vietnam at the ASEAN Journalism Fellowship (AJF) in Singapore.

Mai Anh Thu holds a Ph.D. in Journalism.

Alongside her journalism career, Dr. Mai Anh Thu is deeply dedicated to academia. Currently, she is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Communication and International Culture, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
