Manfred Kluge has been one of the leading figures in the German media agency landscape for over 35 years. Active within the Omnicom network since 1995, he has played a decisive role in the development and expansion of Omnicom Media Group Germany which he managed as CEO from 2006 for nearly 10 years.

In 2015, Kluge was appointed Chairman of the D-A-CH region, followed by his additional appointment as President of the Board of Directors of Omnicom Media Group Switzerland AG in 2016. Since 2006, he has also served as a board member of the Association of Media Agencies. His expertise makes him a sought-after jury member at prestigious award festivals such as the GWA Effie, the German Media Award, and the Cannes Media Lions.

But Kluge’s commitment extends beyond the industry:
Since 2020, he has been a co-founder of the Tshembo Africa Foundation (NPO) to preserve wildlife and support local communities in South-Africa. As co-founder and first chairman of INITIATIVE18 – free, safe & sustainable media, started in 2024, he advocates maintaining media diversity and trustworthy content.
