Mangayar Thilagam is a Printing Technologist with 25 years of experience in Print industry. She is currently working as Senior Manager -Prepress, in The Printers (Mysore) Pvt Ltd, Printers & Publishers of Deccan Herald, Prajavani Newspaper in Karnataka.

She is primarily focused on implementing and managing pre-press workflows and maintaining consistent quality. Her core area is Pre-flighting, Colour management, Picture Processing & Automated Pre-press workflows. She enjoys being part of a team, as well as managing, motivating and training a productive team and thrives in high pressure and challenging work environments.
