Marcin is responsible for digital strategy, product development, technology and monetisation, including the subscription model of TOK FM PREMIUM news radio. He is leading the digital transformation of Eurozet Group after its acquisition, setting new business models. He has been involved in the media and digital sector for 25 years, combining experience in journalism, marketing and e-commerce. Expert in subscription strategies, corporate transformation and the use of AI and data for audience acquisition, engagement and monetisation. As a digital transformation consultant, he has worked with FT Strategies, OSCE, WAN-IFRA and technology companies, among others, advising publishers in Poland, the Baltics, Russia and the Balkans.
