Miguel López-Quesada

Miguel López-Quesada has dedicated 15 years of his professional life to communication and consultancy in some of the largest companies in world public relations (Burson-Marsteller and Weber Shandwick), supervising international programs aimed at the creation and protection of the reputation of companies, NGOs, political institutions and organizations commercial.

He has chaired the divisions of Weber Shandwick in Latin America and Spain and Portugal. In 2007 he went on to direct the Communication of the digital services company for Grupo Zed mobiles, covering sectors such as mobile content, video games and animation in more than 60 markets.

Since 2013, he has been in charge of Corporate Communication and Relations Institutional of Gestamp, world leader in design, development and manufacture of metal components for the automotive industry (chassis, bodywork and mechanisms). Gestamp has more than 100 plants in 21 countries, €8,202M turnover and more than 41,000 employees. Throughout his career, he has always been linked to industry associations, from the committee of the Mobile Entertainment Forum, to the Chamber of American Commerce.

Today he is president of Dircom, vice president of SERNAUTO, the Association Spanish  Association of Automotive Suppliers and member of the Governing Board of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, of the Chamber of Spain, German Chamber and the Cotec Foundation for Innovation, among others. In addition, he teaches at business schools and universities and is the author of reference in crisis management issues.
