Mohanraj is a graduate Engineer in Printing Technology from the College of Engineering, Guindy. With over 28 years in the print media industry, he leads production operations at The Hindu Group.

He brings deep expertise in lean manufacturing, capital project planning, operations management, budgeting and product innovation. Under his leadership “THE HINDU” has won many awards on Product quality like Golden Award for Best Print  in “Wan ifra Asian Best in Print competition”, ICQC  awards for various print centres of THE HINDU several times. His leadership has been central to optimizing resources, workflows and driving operational excellence across branches.
