Noemí Ramírez is Director of Product and Digital Development at UNIR, the leading digital university in Spanish-speaking markets.
She has an extensive track record of more than 20 years of management experience in the media sector, where she has specialized in leading, executing and converging.

She is specialized in leading, executing and converging product, data,
marketing and technology strategies with the objectives of the business transformation process.
Among the different projects she has led with the help of an enthusiastic and the activation and consolidation of a new source of revenue through the digital subscription model of EL PAÍS.
After starting his professional career at Unidad Editorial, he joined the PRISA Group in 2007, where he developed most of his professional career.
PRISA Group, where he has spent most of his career and where he has held a number of management responsibilities, including the promotion of alliances and relations with the main technology platforms and with other institutions, such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also chaired the Product Committee of the Digital News Initiative, which later became Google’s Global News Initiative.
She holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism, which she completed as a Fulbright Scholar.
In the U.S., she combined her training in data journalism with her work at IRE/NICAR (Investigative Reporters & Editors).
She holds a Management Development Program from IESE and a Woman in News from INSEAD.
She is a regular speaker at numerous international events on trends and the evolution of the digital ecosystem and has been a member of different boards of professional associations in Europe, including INMA and OPA.
