Paula is Managing Partner at InQlab, a Venture Capital firm, investing in early stage, tech driven companies across different sectors in Latin America. Before joining the VC industry back in 2013, she worked in the largest and most influential media companies in Colombia on the new business front with emphasis on digital innovation. Prior to this, she worked at IFC (World Bank) as an analyst in financial markets for Latin America, and at an investment banking firm doing project financing and capital markets structuring.
