Rachel Duffy is Head of Community at The Times & Sunday Times, where she leads on subscriber retention, reader engagement, the newspaper’s Reddit strategy and writes the weekly Times+ newsletter.

Rachel is also Founder and CEO of the Young Journalist Network, an international organisation of young media professionals built on an “access, not luck” ethos. She also sits on the Women in Journalism Committee.
