Richard is risk management operations manager and trainer for SEPAR International, he has worked with SEPAR in various locations in Africa from 2021 to the present.

Richard is a physical security trainer and trauma medical trainer having worked for SEPAR International in Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Zambia.  His other duties include training and evaluation, participant adult learning, consultancy (investigating, diagnosing, advising, evaluating, partnering), design (designing programmes, materials, activities, opportunities), team working (supportive, dependable, collaborative) and crisis management skills.
