B.S. Shesh started his career with Times of India in 1989 where he installed and commissioned Press. Managed operations nationwide including production, safety, purchasing, planning, and led all India Quality Team in pursuit of Excellence.

At present he is an Associate Vice President at HT Media Ltd., responsible for all 21 print site factories of the Group. He evaluates, realign  and create a supply chain network fully integrated with plant operations along with effective S&OP implementation delivering top and bottom lines. He also built solid infrastructure, introduced lean processes, and pioneered automation and other leading-edge processes .

Prior to HT, He was at CEO, HT Burda Media Ltd. (JV between HT Media Ltd., India, and BurdaDruck GmbH, Germany) the first rotogravure print setup in India.
