Shirish Kulkarni is an award-winning journalist and community organiser with 25 years’ experience working in all the UK’s major broadcast newsrooms and, more recently, at The Bureau of Investigative Journalism.
He’s also carried out research into building more inclusive, effective and engaging journalistic stories and, with the Bureau’s People’s Newsroom Initiative, he’s worked to enable people to tell their own stories and see journalism as a source of community power.
