Susan Nsibirwa is the Managing Director of Nation Media Group Uganda, where she oversees a wide portfolio including The Daily Monitor, The East African, Ennyanda, KFM, Dembe FM, NTV, Spark TV, and Nation Couriers.

Before taking up this role in 2024, she served as Managing Director at Ayiva Consulting Solutions, and earlier co-founded and led Urge Uganda, a full-service communications agency specialising in strategic marketing, PR, media planning, and sector training.
