With nearly 20 years in journalism, digital news production, and change management, Tresa is an accomplished leader in driving newsroom innovation and efficiency.

At Reuters, Tresa leads the publishing and production teams that package and curate content for various clients, including Reuters.com subscribers. She oversees enhancements in user engagement and process efficiencies. As editorial lead on the largest AI project in the Bangalore newsroom, she continues to advance Reuters’ vision of combining editorial integrity with technological innovation.

Tresa has won two Reuters Journalists of the Year awards during her time on the digital team; one for her work in expanding and restructuring the production desk in India, and the other for her Instagram Live interview with late Reuters photographer, Danish Siddiqui. Tresa is a certified news product manager, who was one among the 30 product thinkers selected globally to participate in a program created by the News Product Alliance and the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY earlier this year.

Outside of work, Tresa, who is a trained Indian classical dancer, is passionate about all forms of dance. She also loves history and travels avidly to explore new cultures and cuisines.
