A seasoned C-suite leader with over three decades of experience, he leads the strategic and business direction of Sakal’s print, television, digital, events, and activation portfolios, while guiding key APG growth areas across technology, media, skilling, and real estate.

Having risen from Management Trainee to CEO, he brings deep expertise across urban and rural markets in Maharashtra and Goa. His strategic leadership encompasses enterprise transformation, operational excellence through Six Sigma and ERP implementations, and long-term value creation. Beyond business leadership, Uday is an avid trekker who has completed high-altitude expeditions across the Himalayas.
