Apart from editorial news instincts, she uses consumer behaviour insights, audience cohorting, and consumption trend analysis to turn decisions into measurable outcomes. Vertika has also led AI-driven initiatives focused on newsroom capacity building and operational transformation.

Vertika holds an MBA in Media Management from Cardiff University as a Chevening Scholar.
