    Varun Shetty | Head of Media Partnerships, OpenAI, USA
    Varun leads media partnerships at OpenAI where he is responsible for building long-term sustainable value between companies in the media ecosystem and OpenAI. Prior to OpenAI, Varun worked at Meta where he led partnerships for WhatsApp and also led product marketing functions in the media space. He has worked on the Strategy and Development team at the New York Times, as well as worked in business development at a few startups including Foursquare. Prior to entering tech, Varun was an antitrust and competition lawyer.

    Ezra Eeman is the Director of Strategy & Innovation at NPO, the Dutch Public Broadcaster. Ezra has almost 20 years of experience in media, innovation and journalism. Previously he was Change Director at international media company Mediahuis, responsible for coordinating newsroom transformation and digital acceleration. He worked as the Head of Digital, Transformation and Platforms at the EBU, The European Broadcasting Union and before that was head of an innovation lab and journalist at VRT, the Flemish public broadcaster.

    Kevin Anderson is a seasoned media innovator with 30+ years in journalism, digital strategy, and product development. Formerly Director of App Strategy at Pugpig and a digital leader at the BBC and Guardian, he now drives WAN-IFRA’s high-impact initiatives, helping publishers navigate digital transformation, AI, and revenue diversification. A passionate advocate for sustainable journalism, he holds degrees in journalism and innovation leadership.
