News Corp Australia is the publisher of The Australian, as well as a network of metropolitan tabloids, including The Daily Telegraph in Sydney and Herald Sun in Melbourne, along with magazines including Vogue Australia. Closing digital subscribers at News Corp Australia as of June 30, 2023 were 1,059,000 (943,000 for news mastheads), compared to 964,000 (882,000 for news mastheads) in the prior year. 40 percent of News Corp Australia total revenue now comes from digital and that digital revenue has grown 42 percent in the past two years. Much of this success is the result of better understanding NewsCorp’s audience – and the connection with that audience.
