Programme structure

The programme will run from May to November 2026 in a hybrid format and will combine:

Virtual workshops
Fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions
Dedicated technical sessions
Two in-person convenings in Lima and Bogotá

Expected outcomes

By the end of the programme, participating organisations will be better positioned to:

AI-native products

Develop AI-native products, tools or workflows ready for deployment or approaching production stage.

Architecture and governance

Define stronger technical architectures and governance frameworks to support scaling.

Strategic roadmap

Build a strategic roadmap for the future development of AI across the organisation.

Organisational capability

Strengthen organisational maturity, cross-functional collaboration and implementation capability.

A programme for media organisations already advancing with AI and ready to turn that progress into real products
