Programme Roadmap & Schedule
The programme guides participants through 11 steps that combine leadership development with hands-on AI experimentation. Each week builds on the last – from understanding AI’s strategic implications for leaders, to designing workflows and prototypes, to guiding teams through transformation. Two in-person intensives anchor the journey: the program kickoff in Frankfurt and a midpoint convening in Marseille. Each week represents one โstepโ in the participantโs AI growth journey:
