
Ezra Eeman is Strategy and Innovation Director at NPO, the Dutch Public Broadcaster, and leads the WAN-IFRA AI in Media initiative. He also serves as lead advisor to the 2024 JournalismAI Innovation Challenge. Ezra writes a weekly industry newsletter, Wayfinder, about media innovation and is the author of the annual “Wayfinder Trends Report”. Previously, he served as Change Director at the international media company Mediahuis, where he was responsible for coordinating newsroom transformations and digital acceleration across a wide range of cross-media brands. Before that, Ezra was the Head of Digital at the EBU, the European Broadcasting Union, and has held positions at VRT (the Flemish public broadcaster) and VTM (the Flemish commercial broadcaster) as innovation lab head and editor-in-chief, respectively.

Nikita Roy is a data scientist, journalist, and Harvard-recognized AI futurist.
She is the founder of Newsroom Robots Labs, an AI training and advisory firm for media organizations incubating at Harvard Innovation Labs. Nikita also hosts the globally acclaimed Newsroom Robots Podcast, which has been ranked among the top technology podcasts in over 30 countries on Apple Podcasts.

Florent Daudens is the cofounder of Mizal AI. He’s a recognized voice on how AI is reshaping media, with expertise spanning technology, content, and leadership. He previously led AI and media innovation at Hugging Face, where he also fostered a global journalist community around open source. Before diving into tech, Florent spent many years as a journalist and newsroom leader: Managing Editor at Le Devoir, and later head of international, political, and newsgathering teams at CBC/Radio-Canada. Those years on the frontlines of journalism ground his work in the realities of reporting and running newsrooms under pressure. He has been featured as an expert in international publications, and is regularly invited to speak at industry events and lead workshops at universities including Columbia, Northwestern, LSE, Oxford, and CUNY.
