Congratulations to the Winners!
WAN-IFRA European Digital Media Awards celebrate unique projects that display creativity, inspiration, and innovation, marking a long-lasting impact in the newsroom and on their audiences. We are thrilled to announce the winners in the 2024 competition!
The 2025 award-winning projects stand out for their integration of AI, personalisation, and new storytelling formats designed to engage younger audiences, increase subscriptions, and modernise newsroom operations through cross-functional collaboration. Winners are recognised in two distinct divisions: one for national and international media outlets and another for local and regional publishers.
We sincerely thank all participating publishers for submitting their initiatives this year. We also extend our gratitude to our jury members for their thorough evaluation in selecting this year’s awardees.
Choose the category in which you want to participate, review our guidelines and if you have any questions please e-mail us. Once you have the general information about your project ready, you can upload it to the platform, edit it, and finally submit it. Remember that the entry fee must be paid by 7 March.
The projects will be evaluated by an exclusive panel of editors and media executives from all over the world. The full list of judges remains confidential during the competition and is disclosed simultaneously with the Awards results.
Winning entries will be published on 14 April. The winners of the main categories will move to the Digital World Media Awards.
