Paola is originally from Bolivia, but came to France to study and holds a Masters Degree in International Marketing of Innovation. She previously founded a startup to help restaurants manage the cold chain for quality and food safety. She currently works for 1Kubator, where she is in charge of La Voix du Nord’s Open Innovation Accelerator program called Syllabus Média.
