After holding several positions of responsibility in El Diario Vasco and in the structure of the group, since June 2020 he has been the Executive Director of Vocento’s New Businesses, which includes the diversification businesses that are structured in the areas of Gastronomy, Agencies, Audiovisuals, Classifieds and Digital Business.

Juan is an entrepreneur and attorney with 16 years of legal industry experience. He served as the head of the legal practice at Deloitte Argentina until 2015, when he created MODO Law, a tech law company. In 2018, he was appointed CEO of Grupo Atlántida, owner of the brands Gente, Para Ti, Deco, Paparazzi, Billiken and Puro Diseño. Since then, he has led the transformation of the company from an essentially print oriented to a digital company, becoming the leading media group in the entertainment segment in Argentina.

Hernando Paniagua is a Colombian journalist with 18 years of experience in the digital world and important performance in several of the most important media in Latin America: he was general editor of the online version of El Tiempo and director of digital portals in Caracol Television. He directed the multimedia table of the Spanish Agency EFE in America and was managing editor of Univision Deportes Digital. After being at the forefront of the editorial strategy in Pulzo, the largest digital native media company in Colombia, he now is its CEO since mid-2019.
Alejandro is Director of Audience Development and Digital Strategy at Grupo Copesa in Chile. He holds a BA Honors in Communications graduate from the University of Santiago de Chile. For 7 years he worked as coordinator of the Political section of El Mercurio. In 2013 he joined Copesa where he held different positions sucha as Editor in Chief of La Tercera or Head of Content Marketing leading Copesa’s Branded Content Lab ( www.laboratoriodecontenidos.cl ), one of the first studios specialized in Branded Content in Chile. In 2018 he was appointed Director of Audience Development and Digital Strategy, his work has been instrumental in engaging audiences and aquiring new suscribers for La Tercera.

Selymar Colón is an award-winning journalist. Colón spent the 2020 academic year as a fellow at the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard. Before her fellowship, she served as editor-in-chief of digital news at Univision, where she built a team of multimedia journalists and drove the network’s digital integration. A digital pioneer, Colón championed the use of social media in the newsroom and created the first team of multimedia news producers to incorporate digital-only videos into the company’s news strategy.
Her honors include Emmy Awards, a Gabo Award for Best Image, and an Edward R. Murrow Award. She also led her team to win several National Press Photographers Association awards and a World Press Photo for best Digital Video, among others.
