Join us in Trondheim for the 9th edition of our GAMI Media Labs Days!

We will be hosted by NxtMedia, a Trondheim-based network of media, tech, and academic institutions that has supported fruitful innovation in media for more than a decade! Trondheim, known as Norway’s technology capital, is home to the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a leading center for AI-related research in media. The city also hosts influential media organizations such as Adresseavisen, Norway’s oldest continuously published newspaper, and NRK, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, both playing key roles in driving media innovation and digital transformation.

Our Media Labs Days events are directly linked to WAN-IFRA’s Media Innovation Mapping research project.  These events aim to present a selection of labs (R&D, Incubators or Innovation Clusters) and projects and get insights into how media labs are structured, why they were created, what type of methods they use to innovate, their products and services, and stories of their successes and challenges. More generally, we will cover topics such as AI, Immersive technologies and a selection of the most promising new startups!

The goal is to offer an opportunity for the people we connect (innovation Managers, R&D Managers etc.) to meet their peers in person and exchange.

Come and join us to make new friends, find new inspiration, and hear about different approaches to take back and use in your lab!
