Virginia Melero has 11 years experience working with international editors at WAN-IFRA, managing programmes and focusing on the overall event experience. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her career has included roles in the UK, USA, Spain and now Germany. Virginia holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication (State University of New York) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies (Russell Sage College, NY).
Jeremy has more than 30 years in the media publishing industry, leading digital change in newsrooms across the UK and managing the complex transition from print to digital reader-revenue access models, and now in how to integrate Generative AI into newsrooms.
He is a certified executive-level coach and is a founding director of his leadership development and training advisory business, Chrysalis Transformations – for established and emerging leaders.
