Congress and Forums are presented in English, with complimentary AI-powered translation of more than 20 languages (Polish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Danish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese…). Badges
Badges can be picked up from the Congress Venue registration desk on the 4th of May, 2025. Please present your ID or business card when collecting your badge. Your badge will be the entrance card/ticket for all social events. So please bring your badge with you.

How to Get There

By Plane
For international travelers, the primary gateway to Krakow is John Paul II International Airport, 11 km west of the city centre.

Krakow’s efficient public transportation system ensures easy access to the city and the Congress Venue, ICE Krakow.

By Train
The EIP trains operate on the Krakow-Warsaw-Gdynia route offer a convenient alternative to air travel within Poland.

Visa

Poland is in the Schengen visa area – and depending on your nationality, you may need to apply in advance for a Schengen visa to enter the country.

Following Brexit, UK citizens do not need a visa to visit Poland.

Visa rules can change, so check with your nearest Polish Embassy or Consulate for the latest visa application details, especially related to your nationality.

Visa invitation letter
Once you register for the Congress, you will automatically receive by email a Visa Invitation Letter Form which you can fill as a supporting document to your application. This is only needed if you are applying for a Visa, and not if you are from one of the exempted countries as mentioned in the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Republic of Poland. Should you need any further supporting documents from our side, please contact us.
