Introduction
The Next-Gen Media Leadership for Editors Programme is an exclusive, advanced leadership initiative for alumni of the Young Media Leaders Fellowship (YMLF), bringing together 15 selected graduates from the 2020-2022 cohorts. This year, the programme also welcomes three new editors, whose fresh perspectives and diverse experiences will enrich discussions and collaborations. The programme offers an exceptional opportunity to strengthen connections, exchange expertise, and forge strategic partnerships among rising media leaders.
